My Fitness Hero

My Fitness Hero

Often I am asked who my fitness hero is. My biggest fitness hero is a lady by the name of Lisa Osborne. She is the “boss lady” of Les Mills Body Attack which is one of the programs I teach and she is basically the person who chooses the music and puts the choreography of the program together.

Me with Lisa Osborne, my absolute favourite instructor and program director of BodyAttack.

Lisa almost 50 years old and has been involved in the fitness industry for many years. She started out as a PE teacher and then got into aerobics and competing in aerobic competitions (and winning. She is a world champion!) before joining Les Mills. The reason she is such a big hero of mine is because of her positive and strong outlook on fitness and life in general. Any time you chat to her, she always has words of wisdom and positivity and she is always incredibly enthusiastic and simply oozes energy. Lisa started competing in CrossFit competitions in the last couple of years and is one of the top CrossFit female champions in the world. She is always about bettering herself and getting stronger and fitter and pushing new limits.
